Got 1 album I am waiting to be mixed and mastered, and going to start a new one soon, and got a third one that beats are being made for.

Still trying to figure out the mp3 audio player with my web guy on the other site, easy though and eventually the SEO needs to improve, and keep this one running while I work on the other and connect the two. Hopefully, it will all work out.

At 220 pounds now and I lose 2.5 pounds or 2.6 pounds a week and that is like 10 pounds a month. By April of next year 150 around there, donuts once in a while and all the pizza I wish I could have gluten free, oh man but I love gluten. Mom taught me to cook for myself my vertigo is better now because the G.I. Detox med removes the mold toxicity and my diet is super healthy and taking mita cores and lysine and fish oil, so I am super pumped.
