Sometimes I do the Unsweetened hot coco without nutmeg and cinnamon sometimes with it, sometimes with a keto creamer. I had a delicious grill with chicken.

My Epstein and all that has been removed from my body, so the lysine works, going to reduce it to 1 a day. And give up that caffeine dude, it is so bad for you. And it makes you look older too, don’t give Howard Schultz more millions, that guy owns all the Starbucks.
