The med situation

I avoided taking the buspirone today but may retry tomorrow to do it twice a day and need to increase the dosage slowly, I had some weird zap withdraws, or itchy skin. But again, I should stick to it, I am tempted to go back to the kolodpin or get a few in case of severe anxiety, but it did help me a lot. Some days are more anxious than others. But I would avoid benzos daily and I would probably have zero anxiety.

But again, I got hunger pains and started eating too many fruits and nuts and wondering if that was the med because if that is the case it goes against my diet of the injection and eating right, 50/50 shot it will work.

I posted an album tonight haven’t been reposting but enjoy this last post unless I do more, not sure may go to bed soon.
